Mr. Jorgensen, President of Seahorse Advisers, is a professional investor,  investment manager and attorney licensed to practice in the State of New York, USA

He is a graduate of Harvard College (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna cum Laude) and Harvard Law School (cum Laude) and is the former Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard International Law Journal.

Mr. Jorgensen practiced law with the New York City law firms of Lord, Day &Lord and Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler before founding Seahorse Advisers in 1983.
